The name in and of itself may be common on one part, but UNIQUE
and UNFORGETABLE on the other.
Born and raised in the Bronx, NY, as a Puerto Rican and Black female,
she was always surrounded by what she considers a blessing “Family”
and an “Opportunity".
At a young age, she was taught to strive and fight to accomplish any
and all of her goals.
Determined as she is, Amanda attended Karate, Tae Kwon Do,
Basketball, Baseball and Swimming teams. But, unfortunately, she
would get bored; only leading her to achieve a yellow belt in Tae Kwon
Do, a trophy in Baseball, and a medal in and passion for swimming.
But, it wasn’t until the age of eight that her interest for Fashion and
Modeling heightened, when her mom entered her into a Miss Pre-Teen
Pageant, and won first place, allowing her to go to Las Vegas to
compete even further. Even though she only won second place in her
next contest, her goal was to not only become a successful model, but
also an actress or anything of particular interest, for which she still
continues to this day to work very hard to eventually achieve.
